يحفظ الخادم خمسة أشياء فقط عن كل حجز ويحذفها بعد 90 يوماً: الاسم، الهاتف، التاريخ، رقم الدور، الأجرة. عدّادات عدم الحضور تستخدم آخر 60 يوماً فقط.The server keeps only five things about each booking and deletes them after 90 days: name, phone, date, queue number, fee. No-show counts use only the last 60 days.
الأدوية تبقى على هاتف المريض. رمز QR للوصفة يُصنع في متصفحك ويوقّعه رحوم باسمك، ولا تُحفظ الوصفة على الخادم.Medicines stay on the patient's phone. The prescription QR is made in your browser and signed by Rahoom in your name; the prescription is not stored on the server.
الاستقبال يرى الاسم والهاتف فقط. لا بريد إلكتروني، ولا أي معلومة طبية.Reception sees name and phone only. No email, and no medical information.

كيف يعمل الحجزHow booking worksالرقم هو الحجز؛ لا قبول ولا رفض.The number is the booking. No approve or refuse.
- أقرب مكان في 3 أيام جلسات. يتخطّى التطبيق الأيام بلا جلسة، ويتوقف حجز اليوم حين يبدأ وقت الرقم التالي بعد نهاية الجلسة.The earliest place in 3 clinic days. The app skips days without a session, and today stops taking bookings once the next number would start after the session ends.
- وقت تقريبي، لا موعد ثابت. رقم الدور × متوسط مدة الكشف، كمدى مثل 3:00–3:30 م. دور واحد للتطبيق والحضور المباشر.An approximate time, not a slot. Queue position × average visit length, as a range like 3:00–3:30 PM. One queue for app and walk-in patients.
- حد لكل جلسة. يحدده الطبيب وحده؛ يراه الاستقبال للقراءة فقط. الحضور المباشر يبقى ممكناً.A limit per session. Set by the doctor only; reception sees it read-only. Walk-ins are still possible.
- حجز قائم واحد لكل طبيب. لكل مريض حجز قائم واحد عند الطبيب نفسه.One active booking per doctor. Each patient holds one with the same doctor at a time.
- لا قبول ولا رفض. الاستقبال لا يرفض حجزاً. إن اتصل المريض ليلغي يسجّله الاستقبال، ولا يُحسب عدم حضور أبداً.No approve or refuse. Reception never refuses a booking. If the patient phones to cancel, reception records it, and it never counts as a no-show.
- 3 مرات خلال 60 يوماً = إيقاف شهر. يتوقف الحجز عند هذا الطبيب شهراً، تلقائياً. «لم يحضر» يُسجَّل فقط بعد انتهاء الجلسة أو بعد 30 دقيقة من تجاوز الرقم.3 no-shows in 60 days = a 1-month pause. Booking with that doctor pauses for a month, automatically. A no-show can be recorded only after the session ends or 30 minutes after the number passed.
- إغلاق يوم يُبلغ الجميع. الطبيب وحده يغلق يوماً، ويُرسل إشعار لكل من حجز.Closing a day tells everyone. Only the doctor can close a day, and everyone booked is notified.

هل أحتاج حاسوباً؟Do I need a computer?
لا. موقع العيادة يعمل على أي هاتف، ويمكن إضافته إلى الشاشة الرئيسية. لا يوجد تطبيق منفصل للعيادة.No. The clinic website works on any phone and can be added to your Home screen. There is no separate clinic app.
ماذا لو تأخرت؟What if I'm running late?
يرسل الاستقبال رسالة جاهزة بلمسة لكل من حجز من التطبيق. وإن تأخر وقت مريض أكثر من 30 دقيقة يصله المدى الجديد تلقائياً.Reception sends a ready-made message in one tap to everyone who booked in the app. If a patient's time slips by more than 30 minutes, they get the new range automatically.
